Nothing happened the week before the holiday break until today when the countertop was installed. The sink, faucet and water treatment system are also installed.

Kitchen Remodel Week 2
Monday
The contractor is into the second week of our kitchen remodel project. Neither I nor the cat is happy with the noise, which makes work conference calls challenging, and the ever-present dust, but I am thrilled that the work is almost complete with only the countertop, kitchen sink, faucet, water treatment system, waste disposal, and backsplash left to complete.

New shelves and door were installed for the kitchen pantry.

The contractor started our kitchen renovation project today. Although I am excited that months of planning and looking at tiles and cabinet colors is over, last night, I was not happy about cleaning out every pantry, kitchen cabinet, and refrigerator drawer.
