Welcome...to Bolero Park! We stepped back in time and laid down one of our favorite grists with a varietal of wheats and rounded out with malted oats. Fermented with our favorite new juicy yeast, hopped and dry hopped with prehistoric sized levels of Simcoe and Idaho 7. Enter this deep dank forest bursting with tropical papaya, passionfruit and citrus. 

Our team strives to create hand-crafted ales and lagers that are influenced by both traditional and emerging styles with our own bold spin. No BS...Just Ragin' Good Beer!

It began with a Craft Beer lover and a not so handcrafted Beer lover. Two brother in laws, one whose love for Craft was burning deeply and the others, waiting to be ignited. It took years but Kyle’s consistent consumption of craft beer worked on Jon and the move was made to try it. From that day on good beer was not only consumed regularly by both, but became a part of life.
