A personal blog by Khürt Williams, with imagery, and inchoate ramblings on coffee, beer, and geekery.
I’m not happy with the composition of this image of the First Reformed Church of Rocky Hill. The Nikkor 18-55mm lens produced too much distortion in the image especially in the trees and steeple area. There was a good breeze which moved the leaves and small tree limbs enough to cause some issues in combining the images.
To me this image is a failure but … there is always a next time and hopefully I won’t be rushed. I’ll take time to get a composition I like and hopefully remenber my auto-bracketing Raspberry Pi hack. The bracketing for this was done manually.
