Java Love Coffee Roasting Co. is another New Jersey and New York-based coffee roaster participating in the Café Femenino program which I discovered via Baratza's website. I ordered a 12oz bag of whole beans on 5th December. I brewed the beans via Chemex later that week. These Ethiopia Sidama beans have a flavour profile typical of Ethiopian coffee with subtle fruit and berry flavours.
