We had a wonderful time in Manhattan today at the American Museum of Natural History. The kids also wanted to visit Central Park so after a few hours in the museum we exited onto West 81 Street. We all love watching the Penguins of Madagascar cartoon show, so I think Shaan and Kiran just wanted so see the place where the Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private have their adventures.
The weather was just perfect and given that most people were either at work or engaged with Easter or Passover, the area was not crowded. We walked a few of the trails around park for about an hour before heading home.
