We (a collective company we) all forwarded our work extensions to our personal phones but now realise we have no way to initiate a call to each other outside of a full WebEx session because the internal extension is the only thing that is listed in the company directory. And if I miss a call, and the caller leaves a message on my personal voicemail, when I try to call them back, I may be calling a number in the UK!!!
