I enjoyed another fun and informative photo-walk with the Somerset Photography Meetup. We took a leisurely walk through the Leonard J. Buck Gardens in Far Hills, NJ, stopping quite often to take photos of the many flowering shrubs. The bad winter weather has delayed the blooms of many of the plants in the garden but I managed to get some great shots anyway.
Every time I look closely at Shaan I am overwhelmed with strong emotions of love and fear. I fear that his kind, gentle loving heart will be crushed by the cruelty of the world. He looks so peaceful and yet I am sure his astute mind is pondering deep philosophical truths.
This was our second time visiting the Leonard J. Bucks Garden in Far Hills. We stopped in at the visitor centre for a quick tour before deciding to explore the garden ourselves.
Shaan and Kiran were so excited to run around outdoors. The garden was in its prime with lush green vegetation and flowering plants everywhere. We enjoyed walking along the pond.
