I was completely unaware of World Photography Day, but I very much like this photo. Really nice composition, and there's just something fascinating about the placement of the ripples from the oars.
Todd, it was serependitous capture too. I was photographing the boathouse when the shell suddenly exited from underneath the Washington Road Bridge where I was standing. It reminded me of Water Skimmers.
