I was reading Patrick La Roque's recent post about his recent adventure to a greenhouse in search of gardening soil. Patrick took a series of interesting photographs with Hipstamatic, and app that I haven't used in quite a long time. Of course, immediately after reading his post I downloaded the app and started to experiment with the late afternoon light.
Then it happened. Bhavna turned toward me with that look of "what are you doing". I had my iPhone photograph for today.
I had a rough day. Thinking and focusing were hard. I made a lot of mistakes. I'm not sure but I think I need to get more sleep.
Several years ago, too long for me to recall, I planted a set of lily bulbs in the garden at the front of the house. Every year they grow and bloom and put on a show of red-orange flowers. I think they are commonly called fire lily, or amaryllis. But today, I want to see black and white.
