Beer & Bratwurst.

Bhavna and I both agree that the Innis & Gunn Rum Cask Ale is our favorite ale right now. It seems to go well with anything and I think it will satisfy any thirst. It’s heavy enough to hold its own with a meaty dish but I think it will also prove refreshing on a hot summer (or spring) afternoon.

Grilled spicy Italian sausage with home made vegetarian chili. I was hungry (very hungry) and wanted to eat something right away. I found some spicy Italian sausage in the fridge and a small container of vegetarian chili Bhavana had made. The grill and the microwave were my tools. My thirst was quaffed with a pint of Green Flash Rayon Vert. It’s a Belgian-Abbey style that I did not like it one bit. Yuck!
