Kiran started her second year of pre-school today. She is also eager to go. Last year was her first year of pre-school (funny word. It's school for before school) and she had imagined that all the kids would be mean and she would have not friends. Now she is quite the celebrity with lot's of nice girls who invite her to parties.
Shaan started the first grade yesterday. He likes his new teacher and some of his classmates from Kindergarten are in his class. He is excited and eager to learn. He has grouped with a small group of kids for "Reading Enrichment". Apparently our son is reading at the second grade level. He consumes every book that comes into his posession and read every label of every product in the house! Hmmm....I guess reading to you unborn child in-utero does pay off.
