American Robins (Turdus migratorius) are a common sight in the woods and meadows of the neighbourhood. Yet, I never tire of seeing them. Their cheerful songs and vibrant red breasts offer a sense of familiarity each time I see them. Despite their abundance, each sighting feels special.
