Xfinity Residential Broadband is about to be stress tested

Will I get this type of speed in my neighbourhood next week when many people are working from home and kids are watching Disney+ and everyone else is streaming Netflix? I think I’ll start keeping stats. Maybe run the speed-test every few hours. I know my Wi-Fi network can handle the load, I’m not sure about Xfinity.
