Troon Brewing's Virtue Signaling

I am drinking a Virtue Signaling by Troon Brewing at Brick Farm Tavern.

Bhavana and I stopped in at the Brick Farm Tavern on our shopping trip back from the Brick Farm Market. We tried the Virtue Signaling IPA from Troon Brewing.

Another hit! I think it tastes like a mimosa, only less sweet. I can't wait to see what Alex and Tom brew up in 2018.

NOTE: The Nikon is still broken but sometimes it works.

An excellent balance of bitter and ... not.

Venue: Brick Farm Tavern, Hopewell, NJ

  1. I’ve had beer at many of the top breweries in New Jersey. And I’ve had beer from Lone Eagle. I would NOT put Lone Eagle in the “great” category. More like average. If you want great American craft ale in the Flemington area, go to Conclave Brewing. As per the restrictions of New Jersey liquor laws no food can be served.

If you want what I think is the best American craft ale in the area (and perhaps all of New Jersey) but also want to sit and eat, try the +Brick Farm Tavern in Hopewell Township. They serve ales from Troon Brewing which is brewed on premise.

  3. If I shake the Nikon a few times the mirror hinge falls "just so" and I can take a photo like the one above. The iPhone 7 has a great low ISO 32mm f/22 equivalent FOV camera but does poorly when I need to capture a high ISO 35mm f/1.8 situation.
