Trillium Brewing Company’s Little Rooster

I am in Skillman, NJ, drinking Little Rooster by Trillium Brewing Company. Trillium Brewing Company is a Regional Brewery in Canton, MA. Little Rooster beer style is Pale Ale – American, with an ABV of 5.8% and IBU of 0. I gave Little Rooster a 4.25 on Untappd’s 5 point rating system.

Rutgers move in day completed. Now watching the F1 Italian Grand Prix in Monza. Thank you Angel C. for this delicious brew.

Brewer’s notes

A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Little Rooster is another edition in our “Small Bird Series” of lower ABV offerings brewed for the summer. The nose is an intense, complex fusion of pineapple, grapefruit pith, and woodsy hop aromatics. Citrus rind, grape jam, and lemon fill out the flavor profile, with a firm and long-lasting bitterness. Very dry and effervescent, light to medium bodied.

We are a family owned and operated brewery in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. We created Trillium to realize our dream of bringing creative and flavorful beers to you. These beers are what we envision might have been made today, if a centuries old beer culture had naturally evolved in New England. To achieve this vision, we stand our craft beers on the shoulders of native ingredients and artisan practices, balancing them with modern-day expertise.
