Transformation

It's incredible how musicians can transform music. Chris Rea's jazzy piece, On the Beach is transformed by a voice and mixed up by York into a dance radio hit. I love the original and the dance version. But the dance version gets is my favourite of the two.

I love when artist do this. Take one thing, see it through their own set of artistic filters, transform it and make it their own, creating something new to be enjoyed in a new way. I think this is something few artist can do. It's something that I hope do some with my photography.
