It's been a long time since we've ordered from Tinio's in the Kingston neighbourhood, which used to be called Osteria Procaccini. The name was changed because it seems some people won't bother learning to pronounce the most straightforward human names.
Before COVID-19, the small dining area would be packed to the limit with locals, most of whom walked there because it is close to home. It's a village eatery. Now, I look through the window, and the dining area is empty.
