Name: The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Pulled
Brewery: Conclave Brewing
Location: Raritan Twp. Hunterdon County, NJ
Style: IPA - Imperial / Double
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 8.5%
IBU: 0
My rating: 4.75/5
Notes: Troon Collaboration
Ever since we brewed a beer with Alex at Troon, we knew we were going to brew something here at home. It’s no secret that we both love hoppy beer so we went for it on this one, a true collaboration. This double IPA is brewed with a simple malt bill and saturated with lots of hops. Waimea, Citra and Huell Melon on the hot side followed by Simcoe, Motueka, Citra and Waimea on the cold side. We love the way this mélange of hops came out and are excited to share it with everyone. Come by, stick your nose in it and be reminded that some really tasty beer is being made in The Garden State. Notes of pineapple juice, lime forward citrus, hop resin and an overlaying dank

Originating check-in via Untappd.
