Sourland Mountain Spirits "Nectar of the Gods” Cocktail
On my way home from a food photography workshop in Lamberville, I stopped in at Sourland Mountain Spirits tasting room. A bit of fig infused Sourland Mountain Spirits rum, Sourland Mountain Spirits vodka, lemons, and some secret syrup and I had one of the best cocktails I've had in a while. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can sit outside at the distillery.

Bhavna and I attended the release event for the Sourland Mountain Spirits Two Years Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We sipped on cocktails of bourbon, gin and vodka. My favourite was the Straight Manhattan. We dined on girts, and greens, and mac and cheese, and buttermilk biscuits among other things. Ray Disch hosted a well-attended event.
