Troon Brewing Sacrificial Lamb

I am eating a late lunch of Trader Joe’s (Maitre Pierre) Tarte D’Alace with a glass of Troon Brewing’s Sacrificial Lamb.

The topping is crème Fraiche, gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and ham. The crust is thin and crunchy.

I am in drinking Sacrificial Lamb by Troon Brewing, a Micro Brewery in Hopewell. Sacrificial Lamb is a Sour - Ale, with an ABV of 8.25 and IBU of 0. I gave this beer a 3.75 on Untappd’s 5 point rating system.

BREWER’S NOTES

Kettle-soured ale brewed with lactose and an immoderate amount of beautiful hibiscus before being dry-hopped judiciously with Nelson Sauvin, Summer and Motueka.
