  • Beer: Steel Sax
  • Style: Pale Ale - American
  • Alcohol by volume (ABV): 5.5%
  • IBU: 30
  • My rating: 3.75/5
  • Brewer's notes: A NJ take on an American Pale Ale. Generous amounts of late-stage fruit-forward hops were added in the kettle and dry hopped to create a beer that's high in flavor and low in bitterness. El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra contribute notes of ripe peach, tangerine, and papaya that jump out of the glass and dance on your tongue. This unfiltered brew has a soft mouthfeel and finishes dry, resulting in a refreshing drinking experience.

  • Beer: Pipsqueak Penguin
  • Style: Pale Ale - American
  • Alcohol by volume (ABV): 4.9%
  • IBU: 0
  • My rating: 4.25/5
  • Brewer's notes: A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Pipsqueak Penguin is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV offerings, this time brewed for the colder months! The nose is a fusion of lime zest and pineapple. White grape and clementine fill out the flavor profile, balanced by a structured grainy backbone and a crisp, dry finish.
  • Venue: Montgomery Hills, Princeton, NJ
  • Brewery: Trillium Brewing Company, Canton, MA, United States
  • Brewery Type: Micro Brewery

We are a family owned and operated brewery in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. We created Trillium to realize our dream of bringing creative and flavorful beers to you. These beers are what we envision might have been made today, if a centuries old beer culture had naturally evolved in New England. To achieve this vision, we stand our craft beers on the shoulders of native ingredients and artisan practices, balancing them with modern-day expertise.
