BREWER’S NOTES

Last March we got together with J. Wakefield Brewing and brewed Cane Life that we then laid down in bourbon barrels for 8 months. Cane Life is an imperial stout brewed with cane juice that J. Wakefield sourced fresh and had shipped to us straight from Miami. This version is conditioned on cocoa, cinnamon and ancho peppers.

Hazy IPA packed with a copious amount of Mosaic, Galaxy & Simcoe hops. This beer is bursting with a ripe juicy character you can smell from a mile away. Notes of fresh peaches, mango and papaya. This beer delivers with a smooth silky mouthfeel and a refreshing finish.
