The Last Bovine

Beer: The Last Bovine
Style: IPA – Imperial / Double
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 9%
IBU: 0
My rating: 4.25/5
Venue: Charcoal BYOB, Yardley, PA
Brewery: Bolero Snort Brewery, Ridgefield Park, NJ, United States
Brewer’s notes: Strong signs of the hops are within this one – train with care, a few too many can send you to the dark side. Brewed and double dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo, Falconers Flight and a tiny hit of Columbus lend notes of bright tangerine and spacey clementines with background resin.

BOVB (Blood Orange Cream Pop IPA)

Beer: BOVB (Blood Orange Cream Pop IPA)
Style: IPA – American
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 6.3%
IBU: 0
My rating: 3.75/5
Venue: Charcoal BYOB, Yardley, PA
Brewery: Bolero Snort Brewery, Ridgefield Park, NJ, United States
Brewer’s notes: A wintery riff on our popular OVB – brewed with some of our favorite old school citrusy hops Cascade and Centennial then conditioned atop heaps of Blood Orange puree, Madagascar Vanilla and Milk Sugar. Dry hopped with more Cascade and Centennial plus some Citra and Experimental hops. Creamy orange goodness in a glass!

Pig Factory

Beer: Pig Factory
Style: IPA – Imperial / Double
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 8.4%
IBU: 0
My rating: 3.75/5
Venue: Charcoal BYOB, Yardley, PA
Brewery: Foreign Objects, Clifton Park, NY, United States
Brewer’s notes: Pig Factory is an East-meets-West homage to the techniques of our Northern California friends, and the juicy-fruity hops we know and love in the North East! This Double IPA shows saturated peach, tropical citrus fruit, dry white grape-must flavors and aromas, and an earthy, piney bitterness that will pull you into a temporal vortex that sends you back a whole decade! Crazy stuff, man!

?We fall like Pigs into the delicious future, but time is malleable, and our present past was once that very weird future! Drink up and think of how these here times have changed oh so much!
