Guess I should have worn a heavier coat but with the sweatshirt underneath the outer shell jacket I had that zippered all the way up, I wasnt all that cold and the ear muffs definitely helped. Kori Gassi, aka Chicken Gassi, aka Mangalorean Chicken Curry was what I had and was spicy yet appetizing and very filling. Probably could have skipped the shrimp bengali soup. And lesson learned I need to make sure that I carry my gloves (with the tips for shooting photos, and my spare battery pack with cable so that when my phone dies out in the middle of no where, I can do a quick recharge. Not all of my photos got properly geotagged but thats ok. I can manually tag them later on for reference. I like doing long exposure since it has to force me to think of what I want to see and how I want to see it so using different shutter times can come up with countless end results all being different in their own way. Yes ND filters do help with that on brighter days as you noticed. But as it got closer to sundown it was much easier to get the right amount of shutter time to provide nice smooth lines in the water without resorting to the ND filters.
