It occurs to me that rushing is not the same thing as speeding when it comes to driving. To me, speeding means exceeding the legal posted speed limit. Rushing, however, means ignoring stop signs, not yielding the right of way, cutting other drivers off, random frequent lane changes, etc. Rushing is moving with urgent haste while ignoring safety. Rushing, in my opinion, is more dangerous than speeding.
