Peanut Butter and Pickle Sandwich

My wife and I were visiting a friend at his new food place in Moorestown, NJ. On our way out we stopped in at [PB and U](http://www.pbandu.com/site/menu). The menu items were varied oddities but this one I wanted to try. It's peanut butter, bacon, cheese and yes, pickles. Yummy.
