May 4, 2011 – Dr. Joel Fuhrman

Dr. Joel Fuhrman is a noted doctor — he calls himself a Nutritarian — who proscribed eating the typical American diets high in calories but lacking in nutrition. Dr. Fuhrman was at Volition Wellness in Skillman telling us that we need to animal protein from out diet and eat more leafy greens, nuts and fruits. Not just a little more but a LOT more. After making me feel bad for eating the occasional burger and hot dog, Dr. Fuhrman spent some time signing copies of his book, “Eat to Live”. Since I had the Kindle version of the book I suggested he sign a screen shot of the book cover on my iPad. Works for me.
