I am drinking Little Creature by @ConclaveBrewing

Name: Little Creature
Brewery: Conclave Brewing
Location: Raritan Twp. Hunterdon County, NJ
Style: Grisette
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 4%
My rating: 3.75/5
Notes: Introducing Little Creature! | 4 % grisette

A style that's often unheard of, grisette was originally brewed for miners in the Hainaut region of Belgium. Intended to be low in alcohol and light bodied, grisettes were made to be dry and refreshingly hoppy and our take on a grisette is just that. Think little saison/table beer. Brewed with some spelt, appropriately hopped with German hop varietals and a blend of yeasts, this is a simple beer meant to quench thirst. Lightly dry hopped to give a gentle hop aroma. Notes of peppercorn, crackery malt and lemongrass
