I think we've learned that passing others by on the street is not very risky. Even if they are carrying the virus, the half second we're in their air is probably not enough for us to contract it. The air outdoors does a pretty good job of dispersing whatever they're putting out.

What does gall me is the sheer numbers of people here who don't mask up at the store. Whatever a carrier is putting into the air in any enclosed space doesn't disperse as well and the HVAC will just keep circulating it.

I consider myself to be a pretty empathetic, understanding fellow but I just simply cannot understand why people won't wear a frigging mask.
