I'm not familiar with Woopra but I have used Cyberduck in the past. It's not free but ExpanDrive is a capable replacement. It also supports SFTP ( SSH ).

Adobe almost always drags its feet with OS updates so I'm not surprised about Photoshop. I'm happy that Adobe Lightroom 4 works. That's my only Adobe app.
