Bhavana and Kiran joined me and some area residents for a walk around Hobler Park, near The Great Road in Skillman. Bhavna's sister and in-laws joined us as well. Terry Lynch, author, international speaker, and trainer spoke to us about experiencing the healing power of nature by connecting with the energies of life through walking. She talked about releasing our stress and anxiety by taking a breath of fresh air using nature to restore the soul.
