Brewer's notes: Pig Factory is an East-meets-West homage to the techniques of our Northern California friends, and the juicy-fruity hops we know and love in the North East! This Double IPA shows saturated peach, tropical citrus fruit, dry white grape-must flavors and aromas, and an earthy, piney bitterness that will pull you into a temporal vortex that sends you back a whole decade! Crazy stuff, man!
?We fall like Pigs into the delicious future, but time is malleable, and our present past was once that very weird future! Drink up and think of how these here times have changed oh so much!
