Bitter grapefruit. Smells sweet but isn’t.

- Brewer's notes: Brewed with a generous portion of spelt and wheat, Flounder's next version of a New England IPA flaunts a hazy orange hue with a jelled white head. Aromas of strawberry jam and orange marmalade will spread onto your senses like jelly on bread. Wash it on down with flavors of sweet orange juice, and mildly-bitter grapefruit. An after flavor of peach flesh will round out your pallet leaving you wanting another bite.
