This house on Quarry Street in Princeton is a modern style architecture home designed by famed architect, J. Robert Hillier. ??The home caused quite a bit of a stir with the local residents as it's modern architecture stands in contrasts too much older colonial-style homes in the neighbourhood.
Last year I was fortunate enough to get a private tour of half of this duplex townhouse which is valued at around $930, 000. I simply walked up to the front door and asked the owner if he would show me around. His wife is a local artist and he is in an importer. The unique design of the home provides for five levels and an elevator to get between them. The house is designed with energy and space conservation in mind. I think it's one of the best looking homes in Princeton.
