BOVB (Blood Orange Cream Pop IPA) by Bolero Snort Brewery

I am drinking a BOVB (Blood Orange Cream Pop IPA) by Bolero Snort Brewery at Rocky Hill, NJ.

Homemade pizza with pork roll and scrapple. Meats and cheese on the bottom. The sauce on top. It’s my bizarre version of a tomato pie.

Beer: BOVB (Blood Orange Cream Pop IPA)
Style: IPA - American
Alcohol by volume (ABV): 6.3%
IBU: 0
My rating: 3.75/5
Venue: Rocky Hill, NJ, Rocky Hill, NJ
Brewery: Bolero Snort Brewery, Ridgefield Park, NJ, United States
Brewer's notes: A wintery riff on our popular OVB - brewed with some of our favorite old school citrusy hops Cascade and Centennial then conditioned atop heaps of Blood Orange puree, Madagascar Vanilla and Milk Sugar. Dry hopped with more Cascade and Centennial plus some Citra and Experimental hops. Creamy orange goodness in a glass!
