Ingredients
- A handful of raw cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 1⁄4 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon pure organic cocoa powder
- ½ cup water
- 4 oz baby spinach
