Ingredients:

  • Handful of raw cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pure organic cocoa powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 4 oz baby spinach
