The Brown switches are about halfway between a typing and a gaming switch. Unlike the black switches, the browns have a soft, tactile bump about halfway through the key press. Some people prefer them for gaming since it enables you to double tap faster and typists like them because they still have a good tactile feedback, but the audio feedback isn’t quite as noticeable as Blue switch. The Brown switches have a softer click when depressed and require less force to actuate. The Das Keyboard tactile-soft series utilizes Brown switches.

Based on an article on iMore, I bought a Day Keyboard Cherry MX Blue for use with my iMac but the key clicks are too loud; loud enough to wake sleeping family members on a Sunday morning. I am exchanging the Cherry MX Blue for the Cherry MX Brown or Matias Quiet Pro.

I am in 101 Wood Avenue South, drinking Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA by Stone Brewing. Stone Brewing is a Regional Brewery in Escondido, CA. Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA beer style is IPA - American, with an ABV of 7.3% and IBU of 57. I gave Stone Vengeful Spirit IPA a 3.25 on Untappd's 5 point rating system.

Brewed with Golden Promise, Oats, Lactose and kettle hopped with Galaxy, We conditioned on 1lb per gallon of guava and dry hopped it with more Galaxy hops.

Kane Brewing Company is a craft brewery located on the coast of New Jersey. Their focus is on American style and Belgian influenced ales. All of their handcrafted beers are unfiltered and brewed locally in our custom built two-vessel brew house located in Ocean in Monmouth County. Their beers are self-distributed and available on draft at restaurants and bars in New Jersey.
