Strabismus

At my orbital decompression post-surgery follow-up with my eye specialist at Wills Eye Hospital, I’ve been told it’ll be several months before I’ll seem normal again. I have strabismus.

Strabismus is a condition where the eyes do not properly align with each other when looking at an object. This misalignment can result in double vision or the brain ignoring the input from one eye, leading to poor vision development in that eye.

No driving. I’m still working out how to get to work, and I’ve removed hiking from my weekend activities. And photography.
