12th September 2019 at 7:41 AMYes. It went well and I was off pain meds by the second day. Getting the swelling down took some time. As expected I am left with double vision. Not sure how soon we can correct that. My wife has been by my side the whole,making me meals, and reminding me to take my meds, do my ice packe etc. She's incredible.

My incredible wife has been taking care of me, reminding me to take my meds, do my ice packs etc. It would be rough without her. Today the swelling is down and my corneas appear mostly white. I have double vision. Seeing is strenous. I mostly lay around with my eyes closed.
