Giana modeled for me and a bunch of other photographers at an event hosted by Unique Photo and Scott Wyden. The longest lens I had was my 50mm f1/.8. One of the photographers, Gevon Servo, loaned me his 85m f/1.4. It was the first time I used a lens completely in manual mode or shot a model using a lightbox. I had fun and learned a lot about my ability.

The coffee is freshly brewed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe from beans I bought on Monday at Rocky Hill Buy the Cup. I drank and photographed a lot of coffee in 2013.

Bhavana and I waited until the last day of our extended family vacation to Virginia Beach to check out the sunset near the southern tip of Sandbridge.
Of course the farm opened earlier in the year but we didn't alwasy find the time to do the pick-your-own. But then Bhavna insisted she had to have her ocra.
He's so big.
