Friends of Open Space

I try to make it out to the Montgomery Farmers Market every Saturday but the last few weeks I have been too busy to visit. This past Saturday I had the chance to pop in while the kids were in a martial arts class.

I enjoy talking to the local farmers. I have my favourites — organic grass-fed meats from Simply Grazin’ in Skillman, organic corn-fed free range chicken sausages from Griggstown Qual Farm, apple cider cinnamon doughnuts from Treelicious — yeah! This time I ended up being suckered … I mean convinced by these three friendly women into buying bread and croissants from the Terra Momo Bread Company. My son ate the bread in the car. Half of it was devoured before we got home.

Is the iPhone 5 really boring?

No. The fact is most “consumer” gadget blogs are written by nerds, for nerds. Does the average person give a shit what the inside of an iPhone looks like six months before it’s announced? Do they care that the Lightning cable may or may not have transfer speeds comparable to USB 3? In the immortal word of Jim Dalrymple, “Nope.”
