I am not a lawyer but these tac­tics feel like a shake down. Don’t rack­e­teer­ing laws apply? U.S. law pro­vides ample pro­tec­tion for inter­me­di­aries, in large part to ensure that online speech and com­merce con­tin­ues to thrive.
