I have been having a lot of problems with NetNewsWire recently. The applications sometimes causes the fan on my back to sound like a Honda Civic in a street race and if I use the application for too long or simply leave it open, the app hangs.

personally on my MacBook I still run Vienna … even with 65000 feeds to read the only problem was the slow update and the more even slow closing of the app.
NetNewsWire runs on my 1,67GHz PowerBook … it’s kinda cute, but I can’t get it as my primary reader
{also, Vienna has the localization for Italy which is anyway a welcome feature) …
